Avocado Ranch Dip - juggling with julia
Avocado Ranch Dip

A creamy, mild dip for all your favorite dippers!

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice about half a lime
  • 1 1/2-2 tablespoons ranch dressing to taste
  • 1/3 cup diced cucumber peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
Instructions
  1. Remove the pit from the avocados and scoop the flesh into a small mixing bowl. Add the lime juice, ranch dressing, and salt. 


  2. Mash lightly with a potato masher or the back of the fork. Blend until creamy with an immersion blender.

  3. Stir in the diced cucumber. Season with salt to taste.

  4. Serve with a variety of dipping foods, like bell peppers, cucumbers, whole grain crackers, or tortilla chips. This dip is also a great topping for spicy chili!

Recipe Notes
  • If you don't have an immersion blender, simply continue mashing with the back of the fork until the mixture is as smooth as you can make it.
