This honey-laced peanut butter yogurt dip totally rocks in both taste and nutrition. So, get your favorite dippers ready, and don that rubber apron, 'cause you're gonna want to dive right into its creamy, nutty  goodness.

Course: Appetizer, Snack
Servings: 4 people
Author: Julia Robarts
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk all 4 ingredients together. If desired, reserve a teaspoon of honey to drizzle over the top.

  2. Serve with various dippers, like apple slices, carrot and celery sticks, strawberries, bananas, whole grain crackers, pear slices, melon chunks, graham crackers, granola bars, fruit kabobs, etc...

  3. Store any leftover dip in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Recipe Notes

I prefer whole milk Greek yogurt, which I find much creamier and less sour than non-fat and low-fat yogurt.

This dip would also make for a great yogurt parfait with fruit and granola!
