It’s January and it’s cold and wet and windy. That’s not news. What IS news is the fact that it is also National Soup Month. Wouldn’t it be nice to wrap  your freezing hands around a big bowl of hearty, warm goodness? I’ve got 15 healthy homemade soups for you to try here, so don’t you dare crack open that can of Campbell’s 🙂
